WRITING PLACEMENT EXAM SCHEDULE The Writing Placement Exam has been discontinued. Click here to learn how to register for a Foundations Written Communication course (e.g., English 100). Placement into writing courses is based on test scores: SAT, ACT, COMPASS, Manoa Writing Placement Exam. Students without test scores and non-native speakers of English have an alternate placement method.
